Milan - Well, first thing I want to say about those Milan shows is " classical modernity", you'd probably ask yourself "what is wrong with him" but I am gonna to tell you why. This season in Milan, all I can see is "big scarf", "denim pants", "fur", "thin-leather".
From the first show to the last show, I did realized that nowadays designers had to "reinvented" themselves to be "in-the-moment" area but a few of them are not changing totally to their roots, and for that I say thank you.
Aware ! I am going to try - not comparing those show together nor exposed all my opinions about it, but I do love Fendi and Zegna this week. So much fresh and modern collections and wearable ! Some of the colors are "good" and the shapes of the looks are "well-made". I am not the one who go after some designer and not the other, but I am always trying to justify myself why "this collection" is dope and not the other one.
So Fendi and Zegna did a great job, I'd like to buy all of their stuff even though I am incapable financal to buy those things.
And the we have "Versace" with the new looks. "Leggings" are everywhere ! I find a little weird that Donatella decides to bring the sexiness through leggings and put it on "MEN" ! Morevever the coats are very nice, the materials are on point. Just a little disappointed feeling about " no black models" in the runway.
Last but not least, I can not wait to see what Paris Fashion Week will have in the closet for this season - starting today with Valentino and Raf Simons.
